All good in difficult times I was there to collect a new vehicle 1st time since 1997 trading with TCH

The staff were great and understanding. The only downside was that they did not have enough staff on so that they can collect from my house. They normally do. They sorted a free taxi to take me back home which was good. Because they kept my vehicle 2 days longer than they should have they arranged a free taxi from work to the dealership which was good of them. Happy alaround.
It's Mickey mouse companies like this that are giving Ford a bad name. Had my car serviced with them. Got it returned with power steering malfunctions. Was told it was a 5 hour job, turned out to be 5 WEEKS and a bill of 1,500! Got my car back epaired\ eventually just to experience that now half of the electrical items now don't work. I expect to have my car repaired yet every time my car goes in it comes out with another issue.

Approved Ford Dealer for used and new car sales, service and repair. I had a fantastic experience buying a used car here. From initial contact by phone through to driving away my purchase all the staff were lovely. Especially my sales lady, Sarah, who was friendly, straightforward, knowledgeable, energetic and very helpful but not at all pushy or hard-sell. The dealership was easy to find (opposite Pride Park Stadium) and the site itself is huge (with loads of stock) so follow the signs to the bit you need! On arrival I was well looked after. The car was fairly priced and the pros and cons, features and extras were covered thoroughly. Sarah asked enough questions to check it was the right car for me and how I would be using it, but not so many that I felt overwhelmed. I felt that I was given plenty of time to thoroughly check and view the vehicle without pressure. The test drive was useful and happily uneventful. I felt that her priority was to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my decision and had all the information I needed. I chose some optional extras I wanted but felt under no undue pressure to get them all. The part exchange on my previous vehicle was straightforward and easy. Everything was arranged swiftly so I could drive away on the day and I was delighted with the speed, ease and transparency of the whole process. And the car, obviously, which is fantastic. I would gladly buy another car here in the future, and it was worth travelling a bit further away from home to get such excellent customer service. I can't comment on the new sales or service/repair side of things, but for used car sales I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
